Not satisfied with your website design? We'll refund your money, no questions asked.
Upon signing up for your website plan, you will be asked to agree to our Terms of Service, and your credit card will be charged for the total of your website. Then you complete our Website Questionnaire form. From here, we get working on your website design.
If changes are requested to the website design, the payment becomes non-refundable. A client who is not satisfied with their website design, must request a refund prior to any revisions being made.
A client is only eligible for a refund if they are not satisfied with their website design. Non-design related issues will not be considered when refunding payment.
Clients are charged $35.00 per month for website support and hosting services. This charge goes into effect beginning 30-days after initial sign-up and payment. If the client requests a refund for design-related reasons prior to this 30-day mark, they will not be charged any monthly payments.
